When you book Wisteria Jade, you are commissioning a small creative team built around your weekend.
Wisteria stays with one partner. Joel stays with the other. They are with you from the first getting‑ready moment through the last farewell. Additional photographers are added based on the scale of the celebration.
Before they arrive, they have already learned the names and faces of your VIPs. By the time getting‑ready begins, they are not strangers with cameras, but familiar people who know who is who and how the weekend is meant to move.

I was brought to America from China at twelve months old with no name on record and a birthdate no one was sure of. I grew up watching the way people belong to each other, from the shorthand between siblings, to the way a mother adjusts a collar without thinking, or the look a father gives across a room that no one else sees. I learned what it looked like from the outside before I understood what it felt like from the inside.
That is still how I move through a wedding weekend. On the morning of your wedding I might put in your veil, smooth a flyaway, zip your dress if your nails are too long, or help your mother with a button she can’t quite reach. I’ll get tissues when the moment calls for it and say nothing while you use them.
By the time I pick up the camera, you’ll be thinking about your family and friends, not about being photographed. That’s the point.
